Cinnamon is a spice used as an aromatic condiment and flavouring additive in a wide variety of cuisines, sweet and savoury dishes, breakfast cereals, snack foods, tea and traditional foods. Cinnamon has been popular throughout history. There is evidence that cinnamon was imported into Egypt as early as 2000 years B.C.

Find cinnamon sticks (pictured) or ground cinnamon in… the herbs & spices section of your local supermarket.

Cinnamon is extremely versatile! Cinnamon can be added to many baked or cooked recipes. It's great on a slice of apple as a small dessert, mixed into curries or sprinkled lightly on top of a cappuccino.
