Your Spring 2022 HWFL Follow-Up Newsletter

We hope you are enjoying the warmer weather and fresh blooms!

To follow up our Spring 2022 Newsletter, the HWFL team want to pass on some useful resources to continue to support your healthy lifestyle development. We highlight a yummy recipe from the No Money No Time (NMNT) website that we introduced last time and we also share some information about the Australian Eating Survey ® - a helpful questionnaire that allows you to take a closer look at areas where you may be able to improve your eating habits.

Finally, don't forget to make use of your special graduate KicStart VLCD discount while it lasts!

Best wishes,

Your Healthy Weight For Life team

Announcement

The Australian Eating Survey ®

AES logo - black (1)

The Australian Eating Survey® (AES), developed by the Nutrition and Dietetics team at the University of Newcastle, is a 15-minute questionnaire that captures information about a person’s usual dietary intake, and compares this to national nutrition and dietary recommendations.

When you complete the AES, you then receive a personalised AES Dietary Feedback report by email. This factors in your age, gender and life stage (e.g. if you are pregnant or breastfeeding). Your personalised report will provide you with data about the proportion of foods you eat that come from nutrient-rich, healthy core foods, compared to unhealthy, nutrient-poor, energy-dense foods, as well as your intake of dietary fibre and 14 vitamins and minerals.

The AES can be used to help you identify areas where you may be able to improve your eating habits.

The AES Team have a special offer to share with you if you decide to purchase the individual AES.
1. Click on the 'BUY NOW' button at the top right of the website.
2. Select 'Individual' option and click 'Make Payment'
3. Please use the discount code 'DIETCHECK' at checkout for 50% off!

Spring Recipe:
Clare's Homemade 'Sauso' Rolls

In our last newsletter, we shouted out the No Money No Time (NMNT) website created by Professor Clare Collins and her team of nutrition researchers at the University of Newcastle.

This time, we want to highlight a NMNT recipe (created by Professor Clare Collins herself!) that we thought would be a perfect addition to your springtime picnics or BBQs. Remember to check out the website for more recipe ideas!
